JUDITH GAIL – PRINCIPAL
Judith Gail is a Gestalt trained OD consultant and practitioner with a 25-year history in organization development and change. As a cisgender, black, and straight woman Judith lives her values when working with clients in all areas of her consulting practice.
Judith has worked with client systems around the world and brings her background in the applied behavioral sciences, organization development and change using Gestalt methodologies to target sustainable growth based on measurable results from conception to completion. She has been a member of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science since 2001 and is a faculty member of NTL’s OD Practitioner’s Certificate Program.
Additionally, Judith is an alumnus of the International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development Program, where she is now on faculty. Currently she is co-authoring a book on how to talk to your children about colorism, race, and violence.
Judith is from Detroit, MI where the music of Motown and cars captured her attention. She now lives in Maryland where she stays curious about the intersection of politics and social justice from a change practitioner’s lens. Personally, Judith love’s cooking when she has the time and is a home chef. She is currently taking acting lessons and when possible, heads to New York City for a Broadway show and shopping. A trip to the ocean always makes her smile.
When organizations work with the Judith Gail Consulting they are assured to work as collaborators in the process of shifting their companies to the reality they envision for their organization and its members. Working with us, organizational leaders expand their ability, knowledge, and skills to increase their competency for leading change in their organizations.
Our work is grounded in the Applied Behavior Sciences, Organization Change & Development, and the Gestalt Framework. Practically speaking we:
Leave our skills, knowledge, and spirit behind for you to consider as you move forward.
